SMYRNA, Tenn., October 7, 2026 – Franke Coffee Systems North America today announced the launch of the New A800 Fresh Brew, a high-volume bean-to-cup coffee solution designed to help convenience retailers, travel centers, and foodservice operators deliver exceptional hot and iced coffee with greater consistency, efficiency, and operational simplicity.

Since the introduction of the Classic A800 Fresh Brew in 2018, the coffee landscape has continued to evolve. Consumer expectations have risen, beverage programs have expanded, and operators are being asked to deliver more with less. Making its North American debut at the NACS Show 2026, the New A800 Fresh Brew delivers freshly ground and brewed coffee on demand, helping operators elevate beverage quality while simplifying day-to-day workflows.

Larger Brew Unit, Greater Beverage Flexibility

The New A800 Fresh Brew features a larger BG58 brew unit designed to support larger beverage sizes and stronger coffee recipes without compromising taste. With increased brewing capacity, a brew chamber that accommodates up to 29 grams of coffee, and support for cups up to 9 inches tall, operators can create larger beverages and stronger recipes while maintaining exceptional flavor performance. The larger brew unit also enables higher coffee-to-water ratios to help maintain flavor consistency across beverage sizes.

Designed for demanding environments, the system supports production of up to 250 cups per day while maintaining consistent beverage quality.

Simplified Cleaning and Maintenance

The New A800 Fresh Brew features Automatic Cleaning Ball Dosing, a system that automatically dispenses cleaning balls during the cleaning cycle. By reducing cleaning steps and helping ensure the proper cleaning agent is dispensed every time, the feature provides operators with added convenience and peace of mind while supporting consistent machine cleanliness and helping operators maintain peak performance.

Built-In Connectivity and User-Friendly Design

The New A800 Fresh Brew is powered by FrankeOS, Franke’s operating system designed to support intuitive machine operation, efficient beverage preparation, and reliable management of machine settings and configurations. A 10.4-inch touchscreen supports video content and provides step-by-step guidance that helps simplify training and support consistent operation across shifts.

Every New A800 Fresh Brew also includes an integrated modem providing access to FrankeConnect, powered by FrankeCloud, enabling remote menu management, performance monitoring, and operational updates across locations without requiring additional hardware. A dynamic spout lighting system further enhances usability by providing clear visual feedback during brewing, cleaning, and service events.

Designed with serviceability in mind, the New A800 Fresh Brew incorporates a simplified internal layout and strategic parts commonality with the Classic A800 Fresh Brew to support efficient service and maintenance.

Engineered for Consistent Beverage Quality

The New A800 Fresh Brew combines Franke’s proven brewing technologies, including iQFlow™ extraction technology, PrecisionTemp temperature control, and Cold Water Bypass technology. PrecisionTemp enables operators to assign optimized brewing temperatures by recipe, providing greater flexibility while helping maintain beverage consistency across the menu. Cold Water Bypass supports high-quality iced coffee preparation by helping preserve balanced flavor and beverage strength. Together, these technologies continuously optimize brewing performance based on the selected beverage, helping operators deliver a premium coffee experience throughout the day.

Combined with three bean hoppers and three grinders, the machine provides flexibility to serve multiple coffee varieties from a single machine.
