Manna Coffee Wants to Scale its AI-Powered Network of Autonomous Coffee Kiosks – CoffeeTalk
Manna Coffee, an AI-native autonomous coffee kiosk network, has successfully raised $1.25 million in seed financing, achieving a pre-money valuation of $15 million. To date, over $300,000 has been funded during this open financing round, aimed at enhancing Manna’s technology platform, increasing deployment capacity, and establishing a pipeline for qualified locations, targeting the activation of more than 500 kiosks.
The funding round has attracted 119 investors, including notable firms such as StartEngine, CoinFlip, and Netevia, along with Aleksandr Deriglazov, founder of Kazakhstan’s largest retail entertainment chain, Meloman, who continues to act as The Walt Disney Company’s distributor in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
Serhii Cheromush, Co-Founder of Manna Coffee, articulated the company’s business model, which enables entrepreneurs to launch profitable multi-location operations with minimal staff. A network of approximately 20 efficiently operating kiosks could yield around $350,000 to $400,000 in annual operating profits, managed by just one or two employees. This potential hinges on factors like location performance, costs, and operational execution. Manna provides comprehensive infrastructure—including equipment, qualified locations, payment systems, logistics, and an AI-powered management platform—to facilitate scalable growth for entrepreneurs.
Vlad Sadovskiy, CEO of Netevia, emphasized the promising growth potential of the U.S. autonomous retail market, noting Netevia’s collaboration with Manna Coffee, which integrates an investment in the business with payment solutions. This partnership aims to equip Manna’s licensees with necessary financial resources and infrastructure as Manna expands its network.
Manna Coffee’s strategy includes the Manna Co:llective AI Digital Twin, a multi-agent system designed to streamline operational tasks such as telemetry, payment reconciliation, restocking logistics, and marketing integration across its entire network. This platform supports Manna’s Platform as a Service model, now featuring co-branding and white-label options that allow operators to set up autonomous coffee points without developing technical infrastructure themselves.
Tim Perepelkin, COO of Manna Coffee, clarified that the Manna Co:llective digital twin is not a replacement for management but rather a solution to operational friction that traditionally hindered distributed retail management. This innovation enables a small core team to manage a sizable operational footprint effectively.
In addition to these developments, Manna Coffee will be spotlighted at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards, which celebrate global retail technology innovations in an evolving omnichannel landscape. The awards are now accepting entries, with the winners set to be announced at a ceremony in Central London on November 4th, 2026. The 2025 awards featured a sold-out event with significant participation and recognition of pioneering works in both traditional and digital retail.
