3-Day Content Schedule
Host Country Colombia anchors the international showcase, spotlighting the intensive CINACAFÉ Bootcamp as a premier business tool for
coffee professionals and entrepreneurs
Santiago, Chile – As a vital meeting point for coffee producers and consumers, EXPOCAFÉ Chile 2026 is expanding and inviting the international community to connect, make business, exchange knowledge, and enjoy exceptional coffee. The 2026 edition will take place from July 24 to 26, 2026, at Espacio Riesco in Santiago, spanning 15,000 square meters and featuring more than 170 national and international exhibitors. This expanded venue offers more space for global exhibitors and an enriched lineup of lectures, panels, cuppings, and the CINACAFÉ Bootcamp distributed across the three-day exhibition.
As the Chilean coffee landscape reaches an exciting tipping point, EXPOCAFÉ Chile stands as the vital epicenter where global commerce meets local culture, shaping the future of how Chilean consumers drink, buy, and experience coffee.
“We are delighted with the incredible growth EXPOCAFÉ Chile in its 2025 edition. This year marked a true milestone for us. We witnessed the evolution of participating companies as they strengthened their presence and professionalism at every booth. It fills us with pride to see how many of them have grown alongside this event, establishing themselves within the national and international coffee industry,” says Tomás Riggi, the event’s Director and Producer.
As the country’s premier coffee industry event, EXPOCAFÉ Chile 2026 highlights not only the CINACAFÉ Bootcamp for entrepreneurs but also a deep connection with gastronomy through its Gastronomic Arena. This dedicated area will host workshops and activities featuring local celebrity chefs incorporating coffee into culinary creations.
Another major innovation this year is the inclusion of a gluten-free space called FESTIVAL SIN GLUTEN, aimed at welcoming a wider audience, including families and health-conscious communities, to the coffee celebration.
The event features exciting activities tailored to every interest, including eight different barista championships, business roundtables, specialized lectures, and an engaging food court with live workshops. Furthermore, entrepreneurship is supported at every level. ExpoCafé 2026 directly stimulates economic growth through several key initiatives:
- Bridging Global Supply Chains: Through the integrated Inter-American Coffee Congress (CINACAFÉ), the event connects local entrepreneurs and distributors directly with international coffee producers, streamlining import logistics and fostering highly profitable business models.
- Driving Consumer Premiumization: By hosting over 100,000 public tastings and 400 specialized workshops, ExpoCafé actively converts traditional instant-coffee drinkers into specialty coffee consumers, driving retail demand for high-end beans and brewing technology.
- Elevating the Barista Economy: The exhibition will host eight major national coffee competitions, including the National Barista, LAGS, and AeroPress Championships. These events elevate domestic service standards, crown champions for the world stage, and drive professional mastery across Chile.
- Fostering Gastronomic Innovation: Through its dedicated “Coffee Kitchen,” the event unites prominent pastry chefs, mixologists, and food scientists to showcase coffee integration in culinary arts, expanding revenue streams for local restaurants and bakeries.
All of these activities will happen simultaneously throughout the three days of the event.
Historically known for its high instant coffee consumption, Chile has staged impressive growth in the specialty coffee sector over the last decade. The rise of specialty coffee shops, local roasteries, and a vibrant barista culture demonstrates a market projected to reach USD 387 million over the next decade. According to a Research And Markets report, the Chilean coffee market is currently valued at USD 283 million and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.3%, and ExpoCafé Chile is a key driver accelerating this market evolution.
