Starbucks is launching summer 2024 with updates to its mobile ordering process. The company has improved the estimated order ready time calculation in the app for customers using the order ahead feature, making predictions more accurate than ever. This change will allow customers to purchase drinks and other menu items ahead of time, reducing the need to wait in-store or outside the drive-thru while the barista finishes their order.
