Allpress unveils new seasonal signature collab – BeanScene

Allpress Espresso has released the second instalment of its global signature drink collaboration with Mr Lyan Studio, introducing the Crunchy Leaf Latte for Autumn.

Following the success of Tropic Summer Lemonade in late 2025, the new release continues the partnership’s exploration of coffee through a mixology lens, bringing a fresh perspective to flavour, texture, and seasonality.

Led by world-renowned bartender and innovator Ryan Chetiyawardana, Mr Lyan Studio has worked closely with Allpress to develop a series of drinks that challenge the expected while keeping coffee at the centre.

Allpress says the Crunchy Leaf Latte marks a shift in tone as the seasons change, moving from bright, citrus-driven refreshment into something warmer, more grounded, and textural.

Built around contrast, the drink layers a soft, rounded base with miso caramel notes, delivering a savoury sweetness that feels distinctly autumnal. Allpress espresso sits over the top, bringing cocoa and nutty depth, cutting through with clarity and structure.

The roaster says the result is a drink that feels both comforting and unexpected, familiar in format but pushing beyond the traditional latte.

Ryan says the collaboration continues to highlight the shared language between coffee and cocktails.

“Coffee offers an incredible spectrum of flavour and texture, much like what we explore in drinks,” he says.

“With the Crunchy Leaf Latte, we wanted to lean into that sense of warmth and seasonality, while still creating something that feels new and a little surprising.”

For Allpress, the series represents an opportunity to extend its flavour philosophy beyond the cup, inviting customers to experience coffee in new ways while staying true to its core identity.

The Crunchy Leaf Latte is now available across Allpress cafés across Australia and New Zealand for a limited time.
