Franke's New A Line honoured at Red Dot Awards – BeanScene

Swiss manufacturer Franke’s New A Line machine has been presented with a Red Dot Design Award in the 2026 Product Design category, which has recognised the fully automatic machine for its design quality and holistic approach.

One of the world’s most recognised design competitions, the Red Dot Design Award is regarded internationally as a part of high design quality.

Products are evaluated by an independent jury of international experts, based on criteria such as innovation, functionality, usability, and aesthetic quality.

Marco Zancolò, CEO of Franke Coffee Systems, says the recognition “confirms our belief that design must actively support performance in day-to-day operations”.

“With the New A Line, we created a platform where intuitive interaction, visual clarity, and premium materials work together to help our customers deliver consistent quality in demanding professional environments.”

The Red Dot recognition follows the New A Line’s recent success at the 2026 iF Design Award.
