What milk trends will define Australian cafés in 2027? – BeanScene

Baristas, café managers, and café owners across Australia are being invited to share their insights on milk preferences, customer expectations, and café trends as part of the 2026 Café Industry Barista Milk Survey.

Designed specifically for coffee professionals, this survey aims to gather feedback to better understand the challenges and opportunities that will shape the year ahead.

Organised my MILKLAB, it will help build a clearer picture of how milk consumption trends, alternative dairy products, and changing demands are influencing café operations and day-to-day operations across the country.

Responses will remain confidential and participants can choose to remain anonymous. Those who elect to enter the accompanying competition will also go into the draw to win a La Marzocco Linea Mini.
