The partnership will roll out to select markets in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Illinois this month, with national availability expected in all 50 states by August 2024. Starbucks delivery will be accessible through the GrubHub mobile app and online at GrubHub.com. Customers will be able to track their orders through GrubHub from preparation to drop off. Customers will be able to order most of the Starbucks menu, including seasonal beverages and food, through GrubHub, and can customize their orders as they would at Starbucks. Starbucks Vice President of Digital Experiences, Meg Mathes, stated that customer demand for Starbucks delivered has increased, indicating a desire for convenience in everyday life. The partnership will help fuel this growth by increasing availability of Starbucks products to GrubHub’s tens of millions of customers. GrubHub’s VP of enterprise partnerships, Liz Bosone, stated that by joining forces with a beloved national brand like Starbucks, they are offering customers more of what they want on GrubHub while strengthening their enterprise offering and growing merchant supply in markets nationwide.
