Breville Group’s Coffee division was one of the company’s top performers in FY26, indicating increasing demand for domestic coffee equipment.

Despite ongoing tariff and supply chain issues, in its annual report the Australian appliance manufacturer recorded global revenue growth of 6.7 per cent to $1.81 billion in the 12 months to 30 June 2026, as well as record annual sales of $1.86 billion.

The Coffee category, which includes brands such as Lelit and Baratza, recorded double-digit revenue growth in “young markets” over the period. Growth in its Coffee category indicates the demand for home espresso equipment remains strong in key markets including Australia.

Breville’s stable of home espresso machines has seen the business grow to become an Australian leader in the category.

Breville Managing Director and CEO Jim Clayton says everyone in the business should be proud of the achievements of the past 12 months.

“FY26 tested the business on every front: We transformed our manufacturing footprint, grew revenue to a record $1.8 billion, and delivered EBIT in line with budget and guidance, in a year when US tariffs restructured four times and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz disrupted global supply chains,” he says.

“This is a result the team can be proud of.

“Coffee and Cooking both delivered double-digit growth. China, the Middle East, Mexico, and Korea, our four newest markets, collectively grew by over 70 per cent.”
