NZSCA announces new board – BeanScene

The New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association (NZSCA) has unveiled a new-look board after its annual general meeting (AGM) on 22 May.

The Executive Board now consists of President Alice Burton (John Burton Limited), Vice President Richard Corney (Flight Coffee), Second Vice President Sarah McMath (Meadows Fresh), Treasurer Leon Dumper (Wolf Coffee Roasters), and Immediate Past President Carl Sara (Sucafina).

Board members include Bonnie Lam (The Coffee Dojo), Andrew Feldon (Mouthwater Coffee), Kelly Qu (MQ Coffee), Simon Lewthwaite (Boring), Dan Lacey (Kōkako), and Patrick Russell (Sucafina).

Megan Wyper (Acme Cup Co) has completed her term as Immediate Past President and has left the board, alongside Scott Pepler (Havana Coffee) who completed his term as Second Vice President.

Sean Ellis (Kaffelogic) is also stepping down after one year on the board to focus on pursuing his competition goals.

Portfolios will be allocated in the coming weeks, according to the NZSCA.
