Cometeer Introduces Flash-Frozen Coffee Pods That Don't Need A Machine To Brew – CoffeeTalk
Single-serve coffee pods have surged in popularity due to their convenience, time-saving qualities, and minimal cleanup needs, although they generally compromise on taste compared to traditional brewed coffee. Cometeer, a notable exception, offers a unique solution with its flash-frozen single-serve coffee pods that don’t require any specialized machines for preparation. Customers simply defrost a pod and mix it with hot water.
The process involves freezing coffee immediately after brewing, which alleges to preserve its flavor at peak freshness and ensure a superior taste. Recently, Cometeer has collaborated with the Hachi Coffee Project to introduce a limited-edition collection featuring innovative flavors developed through experimental coffee cultivars, regenerative farming, and advanced processing techniques.
The special line includes three distinct flavors: Komorebi Gesha, which presents floral and fruity notes of jasmine, peach, and honey; Urushi, characterized by lemon, floral undertones, and a black tea finish; and Soka, which combines flavors of rose, strawberry, and tart blueberry.
