Starbucks's Latest Marketing Initiative Involves An Influencer World Tour – CoffeeTalk
Starbucks is seeking two content creators to travel to 15 Starbucks locations from August 2025 to July 2026, including Costa Rica’s coffee farm, Milan’s Starbucks Reserve, and Tokyo’s unique coffeehouses. The full-time positions are paid, with travel expenses covered by Starbucks’ loyalty partners, Delta Air Lines and Marriott Bonvoy. The search began on May 28 and will end on June 13. Interested candidates must upload a TikTok video with the hashtag #StarbucksGlobalCoffeeCreator and complete a traditional job application online. Responsibilities include creating authentic brand-focused content, capturing local culture, highlighting regional menu items, interacting with baristas and customers, and pitching social media videos for Starbucks’ channels. Proficiency in social media editing and other digital tools is required. Starbucks is among the first foodservice brands to create full-time traveling content creator positions, as 73% of Millennials and Gen Z rely on social media to guide their restaurant choices.
