New Orleans coffee, matcha brand to expand

Evolve Coffee + Matcha, locally-based coffee and matcha shop, plans to open July 19 in Lakeview. According to a news release, the brand “showcases high-quality imported ceremonial grade matcha, made from the youngest green tea leaves creating a very fine texture, bright green color and a subtle sweet taste.”
