Evonova Group Inc. has officially launched Espretto, a revolutionary autonomous coffee brand that features an AI Robot Barista. This innovative system utilizes a six-axis robotic arm, AI vision, and the proprietary Espretto OS—an intelligent operating system designed to deliver high-quality specialty coffee in just 50 seconds while creating personalized latte art. The kiosk is optimized for high-traffic areas, occupying a compact footprint of only 2.5 square meters, and it operates without the need for plumbing or specialized installation, capable of producing up to 200 cups per fill.

The technological heart of the Espretto platform is the six-axis robotic arm, which processes each phase of coffee preparation with remarkable precision—grinding, dosing, tamping, extracting, and presenting beverages that meet barista standards. To ensure consistency, dual 30-litre milk tanks provide temperature-controlled microfoam, while an integrated AI printer allows customers to upload custom images for latte art via touchscreen or mobile app. Espretto OS manages the entire operation, facilitating AI-driven visual guidance, automatic cleaning cycles, smart diagnostics, and secure cashless transactions to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.

Espretto’s menu centers around its signature four-origin blend, ORO No.01, made entirely of 100% Arabica beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. The offerings include classic espresso beverages, signature drinks, and alternatives, all priced approximately 30 percent lower than traditional premium coffee chains, while achieving gross profit margins of 30 to 40 percent.

David Rahman, founder of Espretto, emphasized the company’s vision, stating, “We set out to build the most advanced freshly roasted coffee network in the world — and make it accessible to everyone. This isn’t a vending machine. It’s a fully autonomous barista — delivering precision, consistency, and personalisation at scale.” Evonova Group plans to deploy the first 55 Espretto kiosks by December 2026, targeting locations such as airports, corporate offices, hospitals, universities, and transit centers as part of a broader franchise-led global expansion initiative.
