Veneziano to host Pinnacle Series taste experience

Veneziano Coffee Roasters is hosting guided tasting sessions for its Pinnacle Series at its Richmond roastery during Melbourne Coffee Week, which takes place from 14 to 20 August.

The sessions will take place for one hour on Monday 10am, Tuesday 2pm, Wednesday 10am, Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm.

The Pinnacle Series coffees are ultra-premium releases showcasing and celebrating the highest achievement in quality. These rare coffees were previously only experienced and tasted by champion baristas and judges at World Coffee Championships.

In these guided sessions, one of Veneziano Coffee Roasters’ knowledgeable baristas will take attendees on a coffee journey exploring the Pinnacle Series coffees. The barista will explain the journey the coffee has undertaken at the farm, the processing stage, roasting and brewing and what flavours to expect in the cup.

The coffees will be paired with a small accompaniment purposely designed by the café’s head chef to enhance the flavours of the coffees.

In each course participants will receive a Pinnacle coffee brewed as either espresso, milk or filter, a flavour paired accompaniment and a canape. Every guest will take home a complimentary gift.
