Five more roasters for the MICE 2026 Roasters Playground have been announced, with Rumble Coffee Roasters, Merchant Coffee Roasters, Pablo & Rusty’s, Veneziano, and White Horse Coffee all joining the party.

The Roasters Playground was launched for MICE 2025 and quickly sold out. It was one of the most popular parts of this year’s show which attracted more than 31,000 people to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The likes of Clark St Coffee, Artisi Coffee Roasters, and Kindred Coffee had already been previously confirmed to feature at the show.

La Marzocco and Riverina Fresh have returned as sponsors of the Roasters Playground for next year’s expo.

MICE 2026 is also introducing new spaces and functions to better accommodate the coffee industry including MICE at Night, which will see the show open for extended hours for café and hospitality venue owners.

Early bird tickets for the show are already available.
