Introducing MICE at Night – BeanScene
The Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) – hosted by Prime Creative Media – is launching the newest evolution of the tradeshow in 2026 with the introduction of MICE at Night.
Taking place on day two of MICE (Friday 28 March, 2026), the initiative will extend show hours into the evening to enable more coffee professionals to attend after service, connect with their peers, network with industry suppliers, do business, participate in educational discussions, and experience the best of the expo.
The MICE schedule will be adjusted to accommodate for this new experience, opening at 11am, rather than 10am, with the Global Coffee Report (GCR) Leaders Symposium taking place in the morning.
MICE at Night will then take place between 4pm and 7:30pm.
Rather than a separate ticketed event, MICE at Night is a continuation of the expo – however special after 4pm entry tickets will be available.
The Café Owners Education Series, taking place on the BeanScene stage, will also be extended as part of the day two program, with three panels available to attendees.
Eddie Cho, Junnie Phyu, John Harte, and Tim Noye will first take to the stage at 4:30pm to discuss How to establish your first café and be profitable.
Then, Yuri Angele, Bridget Amor, and Paris Nassif will talk from 5:30pm about Longevity in the café market.
Finally, from 6:30pm, James Hennebry, Chris Tate, and George Skell will dive into Has the art of customer service disappeared?
