Free coffee at Minor Figures’ first pop-up café in Sydney

Minor Figures has launched its first pop-up café in Newtown, Sydney which is pouring free coffees from 30 to 31 March.

The B-Corp certified and 100 per cent carbon neutral brand has partnered with Scoundrel Projects, a multi-faceted production company that specialises in immersive projects to help bring the ‘café’ to life.

Titled The Coffee Shop: The Window, the pop-up is a giant recreation of a Minor Figures Oat Milk carton which welcomes patrons to walk up the spiralled staircase to reach the window, where baristas will be serving the Pacemaker Espresso blend from local coffee roaster, Sample Coffee, paired with Minor Figures’ signature Barista Oat M*lk.

Minor Figures Barista Oat is designed to highlight the unique flavour profile and complex characteristics of every espresso it’s paired with to produce rich, balanced, full-bodied coffees.

The Minor Figures Coffee Shop is a shapeshifting café that will soon be dropping into cities all over the globe. Each time it turns up in a new city, the café will take on a new identity to offer a unique coffee-tasting experience.

Visit 424 King Street in Newtown to experience The Minor Figures Coffee Shop: The Window. The café will be serving visitors from 7am to 3pm until 31 March and will then journey to its next location.
