First MICE Roasters Playground participants revealed – BeanScene
The first batch of roasters to be featured at the 2026 Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) Roasters Playground has been announced.
Sponsored once again by La Marzocco and Riverina Fresh, the Roasters Playground was a new feature of the record-breaking expo in 2025 and has returned due to its overwhelming popularity.
Melbourne’s Clark St Coffee and Daily Drop Coffee have been announced as returning to the market-place-like feature alongside Adelaide’s SOHO Coffee Roasters and Kindred Coffee, and Coffs Harbour’s Artisti Coffee Roasters.
MICE2025 saw more than 31,000 people walk through the doors of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre over three days, where more than 130 exhibitors showcased their products to the Australian and New Zealand coffee industry.
For the first time in the Expo’s history, 2026 will also feature extended hours to accommodate café and hospitality venue owners, named MICE at Night.
