Coffee Supreme relaunches Melbourne café
After more than a decade of serving the Abbotsford community, Coffee Supreme’s Melbourne café has reopened following a six-week renovation.
The refreshed space is described as balancing heritage with reinvention, offering a unique blend of hospitality, creativity, and utility.
The new-look café combines warm woods, natural light, and views of the roasting process with touches of stainless steel and bold accents of red – Coffee Supreme’s signature colour.
“It’s a space that feels both vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a quiet cup alone or a bite to eat with friends,” the speciality roaster said in a statement. “Inspired by the feel of a creative studio, it evokes organised chaos, filled with tactile discoveries, mid-century design elements, and carefully curated objects.”
The café’s core offering includes the roaster’s Supreme Blend, which is available alongside rotating single origin espressos and filters. Also featured is the ‘naughty milk’ cold brew, a Supreme take on Vietnamese iced coffee.
The food menu focuses on toast-based dishes, including the popular egg salad, and labne with peach and hot honey. It also features fresh focaccia sandwiches, housemade salads, and Cobb Lane pastries.
“We’ve reimagined the cafe as more than just a coffee spot – it’s a space to work, connect, and create, blending nostalgic charm with modern touches. It’s a little like stepping into another era, but with great coffee front and centre,” the company said.
The venue also offers a selection of freshly roasted coffee beans and brewing equipment for those looking to take the experience home. Limited-edition merchandise, including Japanese ceramic mugs and curated apparel, is also available.
