A new partnership between two Melbourne institutions celebrating Italian history and hospitality has launched.

Brunetti Classico has partnered with Melbourne Museum to October for the ROME: Empire, Power, People exhibition, featuring an installation of the café outside the exhibition hall.

Museum visitors can enjoy coffee, savoury classics such as pizza al taglio prepared in the classic Roman style, as well as sweet favourites such as cannoli.

ROME: Empire, Power, People is a vibrant exploration of Rome’s political, cultural and social life, with over 150 objects dating from the Imperial period 1st Century CE to the 3rd Century CE, with all of the objects on display in Melbourne for the first time.

The Brunetti Classico installation will run alongside the exhibition until Sunday 25 October.
