Lions Gate, a family-operated coffee farm located in South Kona, has been cultivating coffee for over a century and is now available for sale as its owners, Suzanne Shriner and her partner, prepare for retirement. The listing price is set at $1.55 million, which includes 5 acres of leasehold land and a 2,350-square-foot home. The farm boasts 1,938 coffee trees alongside various fruit trees, harnesses solar power, and features both a modern coffee mill (constructed approximately 10 years ago) and a historic coffee mill from 1942.

The property offers expansive panoramic views of the mountains and coastline, and it includes additional functional outbuildings.
