The Pride celebrations are still going strong! Last week, we released part one of this article series and heard from three coffee shops about their Pride-themed drinks and what inspired them. Today, we’re highlighting three more cafés: Read on to see what they’re serving up in honor of the queer coffee community around the world.

Indulge in Something Sweet at XO Coffee Shop

We featured Kissimmee, Fla.-based XO Coffee Shop in our February + March 2025 print issue, and the café/tattoo parlor once again caught our attention with their Pride Month special: a luxuriously sweet beverage that they’ve playfully named the “Honey, I’m Fruity!” Latte.

”The (drink) is a playful, colorful nod to queer joy and a spin on one of our best-selling drinks, the ‘Honey, I’m Home!’ Latte,” the team at XO wrote to Barista Magazine Online. “It features a house-made fruity cereal syrup, espresso, milk, and a fluffy marshmallow cold foam topped with fruity cereal garnish. We wanted something nostalgic, sweet, and unapologetically fun—because Pride should taste like happiness.”

Ember Goods Turns Up the Volume for Pride

For those living in or around Olympia, Wash., be sure to check out the “Party 4 U” menu at Ember Goods. It features drinks inspired by a variety of pop culture references—including songs from artists Charli XCX, Doechii, and Chappell Roan—and is centered around bright, summery flavors like peach and blood orange.

Mac Calhoun, coffee educator and trainer at the shop, shares some favorites from the menu. “I personally created the ‘Rhinestone Cowgirl’ (espresso tonic with lemon and blood orange) and ‘Swamp Princess’ (blood orange with lemonade and matcha).”

”My co-workers Tessa and Tatiana created ‘The Peach Scene’ (espresso with peach syrup and peach cold foam) and ‘Peach, Please’ (espresso with brown sugar, milk, and cinnamon),” Mac continues.

Mac also shares that Ember Goods will be donating $1 for every Pride Month drink sold to Pizza Klatch, a local organization that supports queer youth. We love a party with a cause!

Throughout the month, they’ll be serving drinks and snacks proudly dressed up in bright colors—including a must-try rainbow tart.
