Melbourne-based beverage company Arkadia has launched Chai Concentrate, a slow-brewed natural chai designed for convenient use.

As consumer preferences evolve, many cafés are expanding their offerings to include a variety of chai options to appeal to a wider customer base. However, for takeaway cafés, serving loose-leaf sticky chai can present challenges, including extended steeping times and the added complexity of cleaning strainers, jugs, and sinks.

Additionally, traditional chai brewing can require up to five minutes of steeping to achieve full flavour.
