Just Love Coffee Café Announces Explosive Nationwide Expansion with New Franchise Locations Doubling Annually

Just Love Coffee Café, a neighborhood coffeehouse with full service that is rapidly expanding, has franchise units operating in 23 states and an additional 85 in development. The Tennessee café best known for its artisan, fair trade, and organic coffees, craft beverages, waffles, and full service menu has doubled its franchise units since opening its first three locations in 2018. Ten locations have established the brand’s presence in Tennessee, but franchises have since opened in Arizona, Colorado, Mississippi, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, and Minnesota. Director of Franchise Development Kevin Bauerle attributed the phenomenal growth to several factors that distinguish Just Love Coffee from the average coffee shop.

Bauerle stated that Just Love Coffee represents the pinnacle of the American coffee culture. “Not only do we serve premium, hand-roast specialty coffee in small batches, but we also have an inviting atmosphere that encourages our customers to return to socialize, work, or grab a meal at any time of day or night. The majority of customers are surprised that we offer full meals, as opposed to the snacks and pastries available at most coffee shops.”

Just Love Coffee’s exponential expansion is also attributable to the brand’s aggressive franchise development strategy, which frequently places new units in small, underserved markets with populations of 10,000 or fewer. Susan and Michael Norris are new franchise owners in Plainview, Nebraska, which has a population of 1,350, but according to a survey conducted in early 2023, the locals cannot wait for the coffee shop to open.
