Fres-co System USA, Inc. Appoints Ileana Tovaglieri as CEO

Fres-co System USA, Inc., a single-source provider of flexible packaging
solutions, today announced that Dr. Tullio Vigano, who has served as President and CEO since the
company’s inception, has decided to step down from the role in order to spend more time with his
family. The Board of Directors has appointed former COO, Ileana Tovaglieri, as the new CEO.
A talented and experienced business leader, Tovaglieri has served as COO for the past five years at
Fres-co, a role she enthusiastically accepted after spending more than 11 years with the Goglio Group as
a consultant. Before joining Fres-co System USA, she spent 6 years with Goglio (Tianjin) Packaging Co. Ltd
(P.R. China).

“During Tovaglieri’s time with the Goglio Group, she co-led a complete reorganization of our local
business in China and played a key role in the successful turnaround of the company,” stated Franco
