Drinkit utilizes a sophisticated tech ecosystem known as Dodo IS, developed by Dodo Brands, which connects mobile applications, self-serve kiosks, and advanced barista tracking systems.
The Drinkit app allows users to tailor their coffee choices in detail, including the type of coffee beans, milk options, and various toppings and syrups. With six milk alternatives, eight syrup choices, and five toppingsavailable, the potential for personalized orders is significant. Approximately 45% of orders are fully customized, showcasing the company’s commitment to catering to individual preferences.
Drinkit’s Dodo IS platform employs real-time data analytics to enhance operational efficiency, tracking elements such as order preparation times and barista productivity. The café’s setup features smart counters with real-time order displays, allowing customers to view their names and orders as soon as their beverages are ready for pickup. A notable 98% of orders are placed digitally, emphasizing Drinkit’s leadership in coffee technology within the UAE.
Currently, Drinkit operates several locations across Dubai, including Golden Mile Galleria on The Palm, Emaar Square in Downtown, Marina Gate in the Marina, and Bay Avenue Mall in Business Bay. The company plans to expand with three additional outlets by year’s end.
