The Memorable Mochas Recipe Contest invites participants to develop an original and creative mocha drink using Ghirardelli products, including the best-selling Sweet Ground Powders and Premium Sauces. Think beyond the classic coffeehouse mocha – this is your chance to invent a drink that’s truly unforgettable.

What We’re Looking For

All submissions will be judged on the following key criteria:

• Creativity: How inventive and original is your mocha recipe? We encourage participants to think outside the box while using the designated ingredients.
• Taste: A delicious mocha is essential. Your recipe should balance flavors perfectly to create a drink that’s as delectable as it is distinctive.
• Aesthetic: Presentation matters! Your mocha should be visually appealing, as you’ll be asked to submit a photo of the finished product.

Important Guidelines

• Minimum Measurement: The recipe must contain at least 15% minimum Ghirardelli product by volume. No competitive products may be used.
• No Alcohol: Please note that recipes containing alcohol will not be accepted.
• Photo Requirement: Each submission must include a high-quality photo of the final drink. This image will be considered as part of the aesthetic criteria, so make it as enticing as possible!

Cash Prizes Await the Winners

The top three winners will receive cash prizes as follows:

• First Place: $1,000
• Second Place: $500
• Third Place: $250

People’s Choice Award: Get Involved!
