The Australian Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Festival 2025 will be held at the Seaworks Precinct, Williamstown, Victoria over a two-day period.

The Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Festival will exhibit more than 40 chocolate makers and farmers from Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Thailand, Papua New Guinea and Lithuania.

Festival goers will have the chance to meet the farmers of cacao, have a demonstration of how beans are made into chocolate, and will be able to meet the people making their chocolate from beans.

More than 40 exhibitors will be offering tastings and sales of their chocolate products. According to the festival, some exhibitors will offer no-sugar-added, all-natural, organic, vegan, gluten-free and/or kosher products.

This year, the festival has expanded to run over two days and includes ticketed time slots to control crowds and double the number of vendors.
